The CS Executive Entrance Test is the entry exam towards the CS Executive program. The CSEET exam is taken by the Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI) for the students seeking admission to the company secretaryship course. CSEET Registration 2025 

The ICSI brings the registration process for the ICSI CSEET May 2025. Students must visit the official website of ICSI to complete their registration in order to take the company secretary executive entrance test in 2025. Students must keep in mind the last date of registration to avoid waiting until the last minute.

CSEET Eligibility Criteria 2025

1. The students must be above 17 years old from the date of application.
2. Candidates who are currently pursuing 10+2 or who have passed senior secondary are eligible.
3. Graduate/postgraduate students (except those who graduated with fine arts) are eligible with a minimum of 50% marks and will also have to qualify for CSEET to register in the executive programme.
4. Students who have qualified for the CS foundation exam are directly registering their names to the CS executive course. They can skip the CSEET exam as there is no need to apply for it.
5. Students who have passed the common proficiency test (CPT) of the ICAI or the common entrance test (CET) of the ICMAI are directly enrolled in CS executive course.

The process to fill CSEET Exam Form 2025 

Students can fill out the CSEET exam form for May 2025 online at www.icsi.edu, an official website of the ICSI. You will be provided with basic details, upload documents and pay the fee. Follow the steps given below for applying for the CSEET exam.

Step 1- Go to the ICSI website: www.icsi.edu.

Step 2- Select the "online services" option and then go to the CSEET registration option from the menu.

Step 3- Click on “proceed to CSEET registration” after carefully reading all instructions.

Step 4- Now, fill in the basic details in your application form.

Step 5- Upload your documents. Make sure you have scanned documents of following documents-

• One photograph of size 20KB-50KB.
• Students signature of size 10KB-20KB.
• Class 10th and 10+2 mark sheets.
• Category certificate.

Step 6- Now make payment. Choose mode of payment to pay the fee. You will get confirmation notification after fee is paid successfully. 

Step 7- Download your confirmation and registration number after submitting the form.

Late Fee and Re-Exam

When does a register for the CSEET begin?

The registration for the CSEET exam is opened throughout the year. Students who want to take part in this course can register online before the prescribed date. Now, the registration for May 2025 session has been going on till April 15, 2025. So, the interested students can now apply for the CSEET exam before last date.

What is the CSEET pass percentage?

The pass percentage means that the percentage that students acquired to clear the exam in specific session. The pass percentage is released by the ICSI for every session after results announced. The pass percentage for CSEET 2024 of July session is 66.11%.

What are the minimum marks I should get for the CSEET exam?

Students must score at 40% of marks in each subject or each paper and there is total of 50% marks of combined all four subjects. When students meet this marks structure they will be declared pass and will be able to register their names in CS executive course. Whereas the students who does not get passing marks they will appear again in CSEET exam in order to move to the Cs executive program.
