What is CMA?

Structure of CMA

The CMA course consists of 3 stages and they are-

Stage 1- CMA Foundation: This is the earlier stage of the course. Candidates who are passed with higher secondary (10+2) are eligible for this stage. This stage consists of four papers (Fundamental of Economics and Management, Fundamental of Laws & Ethics, Fundamental of Quantitative Methods).

There are eight papers in this stage also: Group 3(Strategic Financial Management, Corporate Laws, Advanced Direct Taxation, Strategic Cost Management) and Group 4(Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Research).
