Foreign Company Definition

Corporate and Other Law 

As per Companies act any company or body corporate incorporated outside India which (a) has a place of business in India whether by itself or through an agent, physically or through electronic mode; and (b) conducts any business activity in India in any other manner shall be considered as a foreign company

But in ICAI study material Coporate and Other law ther is a one word it says that a company registered outside india but have business in india through ecommerce mode but termed as not a foreign company is that correct
