gst heathcare exemption

in test of taxation in question 2 and 6 it is written in the question itself that treatment from ayurveda is not a recognised system of medicine as per section2(h) of clinical establishment act ,2010(but as per defined in GST textbook it is recognised system of medicine) so keeping the statement of question in mind i wrote it as a taxable supply instead of exempt supply but examiner marked it wrong in both of the question and deducted my marks. so, what is the correct solution here.
