Incorrect evaluation of ca inter taxation paper

Mam/Sir my evaluation of ca inter-taxation paper was done wrong. In Ques no.2 and 3 I have solved the ques according to the default scheme(115BAC) but you have answered according to old tax regime even though nowhere in ques it was written that the assessee has opted out of default scheme . If you have assumed that assesse has opted out of default tax regime then mam why have you awarded topper(topper sheet) full marks when he has solved as per the default tax regime(115BAC)Please consider my query at the earliest
