Videos and tests

I really like test series and their tests made me grow a lot but I was promised some videos along with 2 full syllabus test for each subject in group 1.

So far I don't see any of the videos they said in my package and my full syllabus test for tax (both tests) are missing.

I tried calling the numbers in the website and I get responded that those numbers are wrong and I need to get correct numbers .

I would really appreciate of you guys can solve this problem of mine !
